Doyle and Barbara Webb are an Arkansas political power couple.

Barbara Webb has served as an associate justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court since 2020. She previously held numerous positions including as prosecuting attorney for Saline, Hot Spring, and Grant counties for six years.

Her husband, Doyle, chairman of the Arkansas Public Service Commission, is a stalwart in the Republican Party of Arkansas. He served as its chair from 2009 until 2020.

As first reported by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette on July 14, Barbara Webb suffered a fall at her house in early May. The newspaper reported she was undergoing therapy in Texas.

I decided to obtain the police reports and the 911 calls surrounding the incident.
